Monetized Health & Prosperity Analysis
(MHPA)

Maximizing the Value of our Financial, Environmental, and Human Capital.

Our Monetized Health & Prosperity Analysis (MHPA) of a building, its site, and connected community allows McMac CX to quantify in dollars the building’s design, construction, and operational impacts.  This information is used to evaluate the correct mix of proven best practices that should be deployed to optimize the social, environmental, and financial cost benefits desired.  Our MHPA can be customized to detail outputs that directly support Build Owner’s and Building Tenant Business’ Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) initiatives and /or a building's ability to maximize a Tenant's health and business prosperity.

    Our detailed MHPA reports documents:

  • AIA Ethics due diligence, and

  • SEC / ESG due diligence

Our MHPA details pathways for funding:

  • Increased Employee Acquisition and Retention,

  • Increased Productivity,

  • Reduced Employee Health Costs,

  • Decreased Absenteeism,

  • Decreased Operational Carbon Costs & Emissions,

  • Decreased Water Usage,

  • Decreased Building Cost Burden to the Community of:

    • Grid Emissions of Air Pollution (CACs),

    • Water Scarcity Impacts,

    • Biodiversity

Our Monetized Health & Prosperity Analysis (MHPA) utilizes our advanced Triple Bottom Line Cost Benefit Analysis (TBL-CBA) and Modeling* software to evaluate Building and Site alternatives with respect to People, Planet and Profit Cost Benefits.  In addition to advanced building science expertise our evaluation utilizes:

  • Real-time indoor environmental quality (IEQ) monitoring devices to independently verify building capabilities, and

  • Facility Team evaluation modeled on the Global ProFM Standard and other Proven Best Practices recognized internationally for Healthy, Sustainable and Prosperous Buildings and Communities.
