Planet People Profit Impact (P3I) Analysis

Maximizing the Value of our Environmental, Human, and Financial, Capital.

Our Planet People Profit Impact (P3I) Analysis of a building, its site, and connected community allows McMac CX to quantify in dollar value the building’s design, construction, and operational triple bottom line impacts.  This information is used to evaluate the correct mix of proven-sustainable-best-practices that should be deployed to optimize the environmental, human, and financial cost benefits desired.  Our P3I analysis can be customized to detail outputs that directly support Build Owner’s and Building Tenant Business’ Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) initiatives and /or a building's ability to maximize a Tenant's health and business prosperity.
